Leadership
Church on the Way has a leadership culture and value system focusing on raising and releasing leaders across all levels of ministry in Christ. These leadership pursuits include preaching the Gospel of Christ, teaching Gods children to live Life in Christ, please the Father, equip His children for works of service and going on in grace onto maturity in Christ.

Church on the Way is led and shepherded by an eldership team. The eldership team is led by Mark Goodfellow and his wife Nicky with Quentin & Reinet Daffarn.

Our deacons are serving, caring and working in the various aspects of ministry and church life. This team forms a strong foundation at Church on the Way, and is a fundamental part of the caring and support structure for the family.
